Darren Booth was a loving husband to Michelle and father to Sophie and Ava. He was well known in the Bentleigh Calisthenics community as he played a pivotal role in his daughters love and dedication to calisthenics. He was often present at the hall to drop and pick up the girls from training and was super proud watching his girls perform in both team and solo comps.
The Darren Booth award is presented to a dad (2016-2023) or a volunteer (2024 onwards) in the club who demonstrates the qualities of dedication, love and support to their daughters and their passion of calisthenics. A person who plays an active role and is present around the club.
